Anyways.. I should not have gone sentosa at first.. because that day my family wanted to celebrate my grandma's birthday.. which I didnt know until mum called me when I was out. I felt really bad lar.. sigh.. thus went off in the evening back to gram's place, without joining them for dinner..

Its gonna be a long post.. since I had a pretty hectic but fun week. heh.
Shall start off with the sentosa outing with my new cliques..
abit late as it was last sunday, but I shall update still. LoL.
Went to sentosa with Evan, Joanna, Jing Pey, and Chi Xian at around 2 pm. They were still having lunch when I reached vivo city. Haha.. Raymond was there too, but he went off first to find Jackson first. Thus, we took the monorail down to sentosa.
The weather wasn't great at first. Slight drizzles with greyish clouds in the sky. The weather suddenly becomes better afterwards.. it turned sunny! Least to what we expected, cos we din applied any sun block lotion. Haha. Heck man. Guess what. Joanna and Jing even bought sandcastle building tools.. LoL. Evan showed us his building skills as well. LOL. Had fun lar.. after which we buried Jackson, who came later with Raymond. Its great to enjoy the beach.. so great. Took a lot of pics also.. which will be shown below. Tanjong beach was just great; not crowded, and nice scenery.. woo.. Jackson borrowed a beach volleyball to play as well.. hah.. wah.. Its really been a long time since I last played that.. sad that the girls can't play well.. else it will be more fun.. heh.. we played monkey instead.. hahaha... funny sia.

Alright, now the main event... Emerga Camp 2007. SoC's freshmen orientation camp at Aloha Loyang. The 4 days from Monday from Thursday were really tiring for me, cos being one of the camp committee members, being one of the game ICs, I had to make sure that the games run smoothly, hoping that the GLs and freshmen had a good time enjoying. Preparations here and there, briefings held every night, plus insufficient sleeps.. wah.. When was the last time I get so shagged sia?
Its great to get to know more new friends as well.. maybe not the freshies.. cos I din have alot of interaction.. quite sad eh, but the GLs, like Peide, Gerald, Ivan and etc... hah.. thanks to all of them, the camp was pretty fun and enjoyable for the freshmen overall.. Of cos.. its the camp committee members whom I worked with that made it happened. Adeline, KC, my fellow IC Evan, Murni, Xinyuan, Jonathan and Shaun.. Its really great working with them.. hope they don't mind me for forgetting things that I supposed to do sometimes..
Glad it ended with a good note, I supposed.. and I guess it will be the first and the last time I'm joining Freshmen Orientation Project as a committee member.. hahahaha... dun have the photos for camp yet.. so shall upload another day.
here are the photos taken in sentosa.. heh

What a shag week it has been.. RAWR. Din really had enough sleep for the past few days.. but it guess overall I have this sense of achievement.. hah..
Why? I had this pre-camp session on monday and tuesday. This session is supposed to brief the OGLs and AGLs on the games, as well as choosing the ICs for some of the games. Its damn shag on monday cos I had only 4 fours of sleep the previous night.. but I pitied Evan more... he didnt sleep AT ALL. I really must bow to him.. The games we played were quite fun.. but I'm not sure if they felt fun or not.. we the Games ICs are more concerned whether the games played are enjoyable and suitable for the coming camp next week.. Feedbacks from them were quite alright.. except for treasure hunt.. Ain't treasure hunt supposedly to be a tiring one? If the clues are that obvious.. we might as well just tell them where's the next station is.. Sigh.. There was an arguement too.. I felt helpless at the point.. couldn't help Evan much also.. but just kept quiet.. felt so useless myself..
Anyways.. the 2nd day of pre-camp was much better.. mass interaction games were fun I supposed.. beach games were ok.. maybe because the beach was crappy, plus we din have the full logistics.. Guess what.. after we break camp from pasir ris.. I went to gym.. HAHA. I know I'm crazy. yah. Its damn shaggggggg... hahahah... too stressed I supposed.
There were meetings on wednesday and thursday to touch up everything else.. I'm so so sooooo looking forward to next week's camp.. and I'm happy to see more and more pple signing up for the camp.. wee.. hope everything turns out smooth and fun! Oh.. tmr I'm going sentosa with Jo, Jing, Evan, Jackson and Raymond.. hmm when's the last time I went there? lolx. signing off now.. tatas.

Geez.. I have been having weird dreams lately.. dreams that would never happen in reality at all.. I'm not sure if I'm too tired or have been too stressful.. but these have been happening the past few nights.. eek..
Everyone is not perfect. Flaws are still there even though you yourself do not realize.. I think its hard for us to change for a better person in a short time... the habits we have, the characteristics we possess, the thoughts we made.. they are somehow deep in your roots.. unless someone close to you manage to adjust them..
I did change some of the things bout myself.. of cos hopefully for a better me.. somehow I don't think there isn't much change... i'm still the old me.. a close friend also pointed out the bad characteristics I have, which I never ever realized or expected.. I guess being a good guy is so damn hard.. (maybe Evan can prove me wrong.. haha..)
shall stop here.. meeting Evan, Jo and Jing.. I really want sing out loud man.. lol.

Woo... yesterday was so fun.. wahaha..
just before I continue on.. Happy birthday Evan! LoL..
We, consists of Joanna, Jackson and of course, myself, had planned quite alot to celebrate Evan's birthday.. Joanna and I had bought 25 different kinds of vegetables and fruits for our health conscious birthday boy. 'boy'. LOL... Jackson brought this basket which Joanna and I least expected.. however the basket was too weak to hold all the vegetables and fruits lar. To think that I had to bring the vegetables and fruits to gym with Brandon before that.. sheesh.
Reached Somerset station at 5.30.. waited for 10 mins before Joanna came.. Joanna called Jackson, and found out that he had already reached... for that moment I felt stupid, cos I didn't call him.. LoL.
they were waiting at the lift outside of Somerset station. Oh.. besides Jackson, Chi Xian, Evan's friend, was there too.. we then started preparing before the arrival of our star. LoL. Jing Pei reached later juz before Evan reached.. hah.
Vegetables and fruits, birthday card, Uncle's slippers.. LOL. Yes.. The moment he reached, we made him wear the slippers and carry that basket of vegetables & fruits along Orchard Road.. wahaha..
Shall not say much.. the photos will do the job later..
We reached mind's cafe after that.. Bryan reached later and joined us.. We ate and played games, did stupid forfeits too hahah. then the birthday celebration.. I guess its the most fun nite I had so far this month.. Was happy then.. because I found another new true friendship..
Alrite.. here are the photos.. geez.. when was the last time I posted photos here? LOL.

Happy Belated Vesak Day!
Heh.. just came back from an evening swim.. Was kinda irritated as the pool was so damn crowded. I really don't understand why the swimming instructors want to squeeze their students in one competition pool. Kids are just as usual blocking people's lanes. And to those instructors who are teaching the more younger ones, the training pool is built for a purpose. Some other swimmers are ignorant as well. You know that the pool is crowded, then why do you still swim backstroke? Its not like every swimmer will give way to you. And please, when you aren't swimming, don't just block other swimmer's way. Shucks, one bitten, twice shy.
Let's not talk about it anymore..
Well yesterday was Vesak Day as mentioned, and guess what.. I did volunteery work at the Vesak Day Celebration fair organized by Amitabha Centre. I was asked and persuaded by Tengyi earlier on, so went with him to help out at Aljunied. It was quite an exposure to me I must say, though my parents are Buddhists themselves. Hmm I'm still quite confused between Buddhism and Taoism though.. Yesterday I learnt more about Buddhism, of cos, from Tengyi, a Buddhist himself.. I did donated thirty bucks for prayers too.. Overall a pretty good experience afterall. Tengyi asked me to come down again next year.. haha..
After that, I rushed off to Expo for an event which I didn't know what is it about. I just knew that Jackson, one of my University course mates, is performing a cheerleading dance. So rushed that I din had time for dinner.. guess what, Joanna, Evan, my fellow course mates as well, and I did two figures and a big cheer board to support Jackson.. Damn funny I must say, especially the figures.. When I reached there, I was pretty late already, due to the fact that I slept past Tanah Merah Station.. LOL. Aye I only had four hours of sleep ok. Evan and Raymond came out to bring me in.. And the moment I went in, I was like rolling eyes.. haha.. Found out that its a church service event by City Harvest. The crowd was like damn massive.. 10K i think, most of them are youngsters. Saw pastor Kong, He Yeow Sun's husband on stage. Well besides service, there was a pleasant surprise, Tank was there! haha. But i guess nothing beats the cheerleading performances by various schools and sectors... We were like crazy cheering for Jackson.. ahaha.. In the end he said his hair was standing when he saw how supportive we are.. geez.. lOl.. I was damn hungry by then.. there was a time when I had gastric pain.. They did help me da-bao a burger.. but it turned out to be beef burger.. which I can't eat. Haha in the end I ate the buns, leaving the beef patty out. No choice.. just to stop the pain. Oh.. I saw yuan xing performing cheerleading dance as well.. hahaha.. I was surprised man.. But that confirmed one thing.. that all the performers are from City Harvest.. duh. haha.
What a day I must say, A religious day.. haha.
