yawnz... wah almost two weeks.. tons of work have been piling since the start of tutorial week.. plus java labs.. eek.. anyways.. hah.. juz wanna come here fill up some thoughts before I go to sleep..
I must say I've been fully utilizing my time.. balancing my school activities, sch work, maintaining my fitness and having some time to play as well.. cool.. hope this can go on.. Chinese new year is coming.. but aye.. I don't really feel the atmosphere.. hah.. well maybe the Chinese New Year songs played in the shopping centre.. My family hasn't started preparing for Chinese New year yet.. speaking of which.. my room looks... ugh... Friends did say my room is neat (not showing off or what) but I still find it untidy.. lol.. Guess its just me.. Argh.. why must Chinese New Year fall on the week of our break.. wasted..
Saw the news on the death of Xu Wei Lun.. kinda sad when I see the news on TV.. she's really a beautiful, talented girl.. aye.. life's unpredictable.. argh there goes me again.. better get some sleep now.. till then!
A new year..
Oops.. been really busy for the past 2 weeks.. christmas and new year.. planning new modules for a new semester (which was a real pain in the ass), involving in school's activities.. blah.. Hah.. anyways.. new year resolution! well nothing much, just hope everything's smooth for me this year (which i doubt so actually, lol)
Lets have a brief summary -
hmm christmas! yea.. spent my christmas eve with my family. Everyone decided to stay over at my grandma's place, excluding my brother... (he and his gf.. zz) Had a sumptious meal, and we sprayed confetti as well while counting down for christmas.. hahaz fun fun. Received a few christmas presents from my relatives -- boxers, T-shirt and a bag.. hah.. Really enjoyed myself.. the next day, we celebrated Andreas', my cousin, 17th birthday as well.. Shared with his brother to buy him a cap. hahaz.. My uncle prepared buffet for that day too.. another sumptious meal .. hahaz.. fat fat..
Gotten my results.. well.. kinda sucky.. I was glad that I didnt expect alot.. haha.. well life has to go on still.. juz strive on for the best next sem..
New year day... 010107. I went out with my good old pals the whole day. Met up with them at Holland V's Settlers' Cafe. Kelv, his gf, Huiling, Chi Wai, Pei Wen and Hui Poh was there, whereas Junjie joined us later. Enjoyed playing the games with them, haha.. great laughter we had. We travelled down to AMK for a steamboat dinner, and I was really glad that Melvin and Yufeng joined us as well.. A pleasant surprise was that Jonathon joined us too! It's been so long since I last saw him.. He had graduated from university in Australia, and has started working. Now he's back for a short holiday.. haha.. After dinner, we went for a KTV session.. haha.. great time singing.. hahaz.. Zhi Heng joined us later then.. he couldn't make it earlier as he was working.. We sang from 9 plus to 4 am.. hahaz.. Can you believe it? hahaz.. nevertheless, It was a great start for a new year.. Hopefully future outings can be still as fun..
Like I said, I had trouble planning my modules and bidding for them.. I just really hate the bidding part.. sick.. anyways.. had to settle with languages modules.. plus three of my cores and essential modules.. hopefully this sem I can pull up my caps score.. I was rather more busy because.... guess what? I joined the freshmen orientation camp committee.. hahaz.. crazy you can say, but well, I think I should expose more to such activities.. more interaction and getting to know more friends.. haha.. tsk tsk.. hopefully it can turn out to be a fruitful one.. hahaz.. been busy preparing for proposals and attending meetings..
